A support chat assistant for handling First Line Support for a given product. It collects necessary information from the user and checks with internal system information to either solve the problem on spot or escalate to a human, with full context attached. The user can get help immediately instead of hours or days. When a ticket is created it already have full context. The AI combines users input with internal application data, such as logs and system information.
